Monitoring water quality gives us a clear picture of the brook’s condition. Like a regular health check, this long term data helps us identify changes, track restoration progress, and respond quickly when issues arise. These insights support wildlife habitat and guide the work needed to keep the brook healthy for future generations.

Monitoring Sites

Each month, we collect data from multiple sites along Doan Brook. Measurements include temperature, oxygen levels, pH, salinity, and conductivity. This information helps us understand how the stream responds to weather, seasons, and restoration work.
