DBWP is working closely with Stonebrook Montessori School in the Glenville neighborhood of Cleveland. The school administrators, Montessori Development Partnerships (MDP), are seeking qualified engineering/consulting firms with experience in developing comprehensive green infrastructure, stormwater retention, and education plans for PreK-8 schools. This is a request for proposals for consulting services to develop a Stormwater Retention & Education Plan for the Stonebrook-White Montessori Campus in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. Familiarity with the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) Green Infrastructure Grant (GIG) Program is preferred. MDP encourages minority, women, and other diverse-owned firms to submit a proposal.

The RFP is available on MDP’s website. Questions pertaining to this RFP must be submitted by February 7, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. to Martha Loughridge, mloughridge.mdp@gmail.com, via email only. A question and answer document will be posted on the MDP website on February 14, 2022. Interested firms should submit a proposal electronically by March 1, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. to Martha Loughridge, mloughridge.mdp@gmail.com, via email only.
