CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio — A joint city councils work session scheduled for Monday (Aug. 11) with the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) on a new recommendation to remove the historic dam and drain Lower Shaker Lake will now be open to the public.
Sewer district officials will meet in Shaker Heights City Council chambers at 7 p.m. for the public meeting — initially billed as an executive session — with Cleveland Heights council connected in their executive conference room via Zoom.
