Doan Brook Historical Hike

Join Doan Brook Watershed Partnership, Shaker Historical Society, and Dr. Roy Larick of Bluestone Conservation on a hike in the Doan Brook Gorge! Learn about the ecology and history of this unique area as we reflect on 250 years of the United States of America. The hike will be 1-2 miles with frequent stops for interpretation of the gorge landscape. Be prepared for a hike through varied terrain, including single track dirt trail and uneven surfaces. Please wear closed toed shoes like hiking boots or sneakers, and come dressed for the weather.
